Our client, a leading womenswear fashion retailer with its head offices in Montreal, is looking to add a Fashion Accessories Buyer to their growing team!
 
 
Responsibilities:
 
 
* Analyze previous seasons’ performance to target the most important categories.
* In collaboration with the designers, coordinate accessories with the garments and colors of each season.
* See what is available on the market and be aware of fashion trends in accessories,
*Knowledge of footwear
*Find, evaluate and deal directly with various local and foreign manufacturers.
* Follow up on the issuance of orders and ensure the supply.
* Mastery of Illustrator and Photoshop software is an asset
* Knowledge of the Quebec market
* Make selections, negotiations and purchases with suppliers
 
 
Requirements:
 
*Have a background in fashion
* Have relevant experience in the industry
* Be bilingual
* Be organized, autonomous, motivated and quick to execute
