Responsibilities:
Provide support to sales team; prepare for presentations and product information for meetings, take notes during meetings as required. Work with drop in customers in showroom.
Maintain relationships with new and existing customers, provide customer service.
Prepare samples, coordinate shipment and return of samples with buyers; review PO’s and ensure that they’re processed on time.
Follow up with customers concerning production and delivery timelines.
Coordinate coordination between customers, sales team and other departments.
Assist team in promotional events, trade shows.
Help with travel arrangements and appointments as required.
Assorted administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in wholesale apparel sales, merchandising or customer service
Strong communication skills, fluently bilingual
Sharp, autonomous, detail oriented fast thinker
Microsoft office suite, word, excel
