The Director of Operations & Distribution will; 

* Play a key role working with within a large international in-country logistics / supply chain team 
* Lead logistics / supply chain improvements
* Lead optimization initiatives to ensure logistics / supply chain systems, processes and infrastructure are optimized 
* Be a part of evolving strategies and needs of the business. 

You will have strong previous strategic experience utilizing large scale logistics / supply chain optimization tools.

Strong Leadership

Ability to influence change

Minimum of 10 years of strategic experience leveraging logistics / supply chain analytic and decision support tools 

Previous experience leading / developing strategies to optimize and innovate large scale logistics / supply chain operations.

Demonstrated proven consulting skills

Ability to effectively communicate, assist, collaborate, engage, educate, interact, influence internal and external teams & partners concerning optimization of their logistics / supply chain processes and systems.

Possess a passion for solving logistics and supply chain problems and pushing the boundary of logistics / supply chain optimization.
