Bilingual Strategic Planner – Global Industry Leading IT Firm

Key position helping to steer the future direction. 

As a key member of the strategy team & reporting to the Director of Strategic Planning, this person will work on the future growth direction of the company, on helping improve our business efforts. 

The person will work closely with the CXOs, Business Unit leaders & their teams to facilitate and implement strategic & operational decisions. 

Develops a strategic plan to ensure that all business units & other stakeholders are working toward common goals and establish agreement around intended outcomes/results, & assess and adjust the organization’s direction in response to a changing environment
Performs complex analysis of existing strategy & performance of the business units and provides recommendations for improvements
Develops strategy communication materials for executive presentations targeting different stakeholder groups
Strong communication & engagement capabilities with audiences at all levels in the organization
Strong organizational & cross-functional leadership capabilities with an understanding of business and competitive environments
Ability to manage senior leader relationships & to act as a strategic partner and advisor
Ability to convey issues in a timely & succinct manner to diverse audiences including strategic plans, program status and resource planning details
Excellent collaboration, presentation, & organizational skills
High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivated to solve difficult issues, continually seeking ways to improve
Strong status reporting & management of expectations


BS or MS Degree in Technology / Business Management.
3+ year of experience in Strategic Planning.
5+ year of experience in Project Management.
3+ year of experience with Software Development lifecycle.
PMP certification an asset.
Strong written and oral communication skills Both French and English.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
