Our Ville St. Laurent based consumer products importer/distributor/wholesaler client is looking for an experienced Bookkeeper to add to their team. Their main role will be basic accounting duties (A/P, A/R, bank reconciliation, government filings), and perform administrative duties such as customer service, reception and coordination with freight companies for shipments to customers.


Experience in basic accounting concepts to be applied mainly for accounts payable.
Experience with Quickbooks, strong Excel skills.
The ability to prepare and analyze reports for the Import department.
Extremely organized; will examine numerous invoices and statements on a daily basis.
Must be able to compile and analyze figures.
A strong knowledge of imports is an asset.
