Our client, a well-established employer in the textile industry, is looking to hire a Plant Manager to manage their growing production plant. They are located in the east end of Montreal. In this role, the Plant Manager will lead a production team of up to 100 employees. They are looking for someone that leads their team in a positive light to ensure they are motivated & perform at their best abilities. You will also be responsible for the planning & scheduling of orders & adjusting them according to the clients needs.
