RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with production and design team on customer service related questions.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing packages.
- Enters purchase orders to be sent to suppliers and checks received orders against packing slips to ensure the accuracy of shipments
- Enters data into system to provide up-to-date product information
- Create international shipping documentation.
- Helps to update and create tracking/production worksheets
- Proficient in Excel and in Corel draw
- Receptionist Duties at times – personable when answering the phones and gets along with everyone.

- Fashion or retail customer facing experience.
- Well rounded and a quick learner, willing to learn and grow in the role.
- Above average proficiency with MS Office especially Excel.
- Proficient in English oral and written and oral French is an asset.
