Bookkeeper/ Office manager

Are you a SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK/OFFICE MANAGER looking for a great new opportunity? Do you dream of working in beautiful & historic Old Montreal? Our client is looking for a dynamic, professional candidate who has experience with full cycle accounting. 
Responsibilities include but are not limited to; 
  • General accounting duties; Month end/ Year End,GST & QST & payroll.
  • Year End Audit File  
  • Must have previous experience dealing with multiple companies. 
  • Lease preparation
  • Deal with tenant issues/ phone calls, inquiries etc.
  • Must show office space to potential tenants


  • Minimum of 5-10 years of full cycle accounting experience  
  • Must have strong working knowledge of Simply Accounting/ Sage software
  • Must have advanced Excel knowledge 
  • Knowledge of Quicken will be considered an asset. 
  • Must have impeccable English & French writing skills 
  • Must be articulate, dynamic & a good presentation.
