Our fashion importer client is looking for a VP of Sourcing and Production to add to their growing team! The candidate will report directly to the President of the company, and they will work closely with other members of the Executive team to organize, plan and control operations. They will serve as the leader of the Sourcing and Production teams, including fits, QA, and CTL compliance as well as Sales. 

Responsibilities:

Overseeing company Sourcing and Production, create calendars and timelines to ensure quality goods can be delivered on time and employee productivity while building a highly inclusive culture to ensure team members thrive
Working with the executive team to set and drive the organizational vision and mission, corporate strategy, and hiring needs
Develop new sourcing zone and sourcing relationship to obtain quality product at competitive prices
Assessing and implementing improved processes and new technologies to ensure the production process.
Building and maintaining relationships with other professionals and organizations in the industry

Requirements:

10+ years of Experience in production and sourcing
Ability to adapt to changing environments
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
