We are looking to meet fierce negotiators that have experience with North American logistics and project coordination. Logistics:
– Negotiate preferential rates
– Book and coordinate all outgoing shipment to customers and suppliers
– Provide follow up to customers on their shipments in transit and installation needs
– Complete data entry process upon receipt of all instructions
– Validate the accuracy of all commercial invoices and shipment details prior to shipping
– Ensure time sensitive shipments are followed up on until completion
Project management:
– Determine installation estimation for new projects and negotiate preferential rates
– Be the primary contact between company and our customers
– Coordinate installations with customers
Requirements:
It’s mandatory that the candidate has experience with North American logistics, experience dealing with customer installations and sub-contractors, absolutely strong negotiation skills, ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel and Word), Bilingualism (French and English) and around 5 to 7 years relevant experience, preferably in a custom manufacturing company.
