Sales Support Administrator

The Sales Support Administrator will be responsible for the execution of administrative tasks needed to support a growing sales team and ensure the continued success of an already established e-commerce department.  
Our customer is a market leader in their commodity and has fully embraced the retail revolution towards technology and e-commerce rather than resisting it. Your responsibilities are to provide administrative assistance to the sales team while reporting directly to the Director of E-Commerce and coordinating with several of the company’s departments.

Some of your day-to-day tasks will include, but are not limited to:

Ensuring all company products are listed and accurately priced on e-retailers websites.
Creating master file forms for sales team and communicating with sales team on new product files.
Finding new opportunities for product placement and communicating with sales team to qualify leads.
Approving the monthly invoices for promotional activity.
Creating and updating promotional calendar used by all departments.
Analyzing sales and recommending action plans for non-performing items.
Maintaining our internal data warehouse for accuracy across all fields including item status, specifications, descriptions, photographs and other item attributes.
Managing requests from Sales team and Director of E-Commerce.

Our customer is seeking a dynamic candidate with strong social skills and the right personality. Written and spoken fluency in English are a must, French would be considered an asset. Experience and comfort using Microsoft Office software such as Word and Excel is very important to the success of a candidate in this role.
