 Job Description:
  
 The Domestic Production Manager is responsible for the hands-on leadership of our clients production planning operations. This person will work with our clients domestic suppliers to manage the client’s jobs on budget, on-time, and with the highest level of service and quality. Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of order completion, including art, proofs, production timeline, order logistics, and on-time delivery. 
 This role works closely with domestic printers, 3PL providers, sales, POS and creative teams to keep all orders on schedule to meet customer requirements.
  
 Responsibilities: 
- Plan production schedule based on daily orders and sales forecast.
 - Coordinate the entire production process from picking, printing, heat transfer, packing, to shipping.
 - Maintain customer satisfaction by ensuring orders meet quality expectations and are fulfilled on time.
 - Negotiate pricing and coordinate work orders with printers and 3PL finishers.
 - Work with suppliers to receive pre-production samples and digital proofs for approval.
 - Manage ERP system for movement of goods, traceability and inventory adjustments.
 - Regular analysis of the sales forecast in managing blanks and planning production.
 - Hold weekly production planning meetings to review and highlight any issues with the current schedule with sales, production, creative department, and warehouse teams.
 - Responsible to identify, communicate, and troubleshoot any problems that arise throughout the production process.
 - Participate in process improvement initiatives by highlighting potential areas of improvement and suggesting solutions.
 - Manage a team of 4-6 direct reports and 30-40 sub reports

Qualification, Skills and Experience Required:
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 6- 8 years of experience in production management; A minimum of 3 years of leadership experience; demonstrated ability to manage others and experience building highly effective teams
 - Experience working in apparel
 - Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, anticipate challenges, and develop effective solutions to support business growth.
 - Must possess excellent written & oral communication skills in both French and English
 - Strong communication and client relations skills
 - Demonstrated planning and organization skills
