Are you a SENIOR ACCOUNTING CLERK/OFFICE MANAGER looking for a great new opportunity? Do you dream of working in beautiful & historic Old Montreal? Our client is looking for a dynamic, professional candidate who has experience with full cycle accounting.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to;
- General accounting duties; Month end/ Year End,GST & QST & payroll.
- Year End Audit File
- Trial balance
- Must have previous experience dealing with multiple companies.
- Lease preparation
- Deal with tenant issues/ phone calls, inquiries etc.
- Must show office space to potential tenants
Criteria:
- Minimum of 5-10 years of full cycle accounting experience
- Must have strong working knowledge of Simply Accounting/ Sage software
- Must have advanced Excel knowledge
- Experience in small to intermediate businesses
- Knowledge of Quicken will be considered an asset.
- Must have impeccable English & French writing skills
- Must be articulate, dynamic & a good presentation.
