Reporting to the production manager the responsibilities include but are not limited to;  

• Tracking & updating all daily parcels received by factories
• Receives buy sheets from production coordinators & creates PO’s to send to overseas makers
• Follows up on Sales confirmations form overseas makers to sign and send back
• Prepares all CC labeling information to send to makers with the help of the production coordinators
•  Prepares the wire payments for the deposits for the makers once Sales confirmation is signed and confirmed
• Works with Logistics coordinator to work on all shipping movement files
• Ensure all delivery dates scheduled coordinated with the Design/ Production / Logistics

 

 Criteria;       

• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience working in the in the apparel industry in the import/production department. 
• Must have an excellent command of the English & French language. 
• Must be a team player, organised & able to work well under pressure
