Our client, a leading supplier of luxury residential hardware, is looking for a Client Services Coordinator to join their team!
 
 
The Client Services Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless communication and coordination between clients, internal teams, and potential customers. This position involves handling inquiries, generating quotes, managing orders, and providing excellent customer service. The Client Services Coordinator is responsible for fostering positive client relationships and ensuring the smooth progression of orders from initiation to delivery. Knowledge of reading architectural plans and a basic understanding of design concepts are additional assets for this role.

Responsibilities:

Quoting and Order Management:

Generate accurate and timely quotes for clients based on their requirements.
Facilitate order processing, ensuring that orders progress smoothly from initiation to delivery.
Conduct follow-ups to keep clients informed about the status of their orders.

Client Communication:

Answer phone calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and resolving issues.
Maintain open lines of communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.

Appointment Scheduling:

Manage appointment scheduling for client meetings and order consultations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure availability and optimal scheduling.

Client Relationship Management:

Build and nurture positive relationships with existing clients.
Address client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional products or services.

Outreach to Potential Clients:

Proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce products/services and generate new business opportunities.
Conduct follow-ups with leads and maintain a database of potential clients.

Order Progress Monitoring:

Track the progress of orders and liaise with internal teams to address any delays or issues.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding the status of their orders.
