Our client a leading apparel manufacturer, is looking for a superstar customer service specialist to add to their amazing team. The lucky candidate will be managing the flow of incoming orders (from North American specialty boutiques and chain stores) and processing them, you will be working hand in hand with the sales team and other departments within the company. You will be a vital line of communication with our customers, establishing a privileged relationship to increase customer satisfaction and confidence. You will also prepare weekly and monthly reports for management as well as do order entry, online sales (manage item creation and stock on certain online sales platforms).
