Our fashion client, a leading men’s lifestyle clothing manufacturer, is looking for an experienced and dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join their team! This person will be instrumental in orchestrating the marketing activities for their two brands, and the role will involve a variety of tasks aimed at ensuring the effective distribution and organization of marketing efforts across multiple channels and departments.

 
Responsibilities:  

Marketing and Digital Asset Coordination:
 
 Material Distribution Management: Facilitate efficient distribution of marketing materials across
internal and external channels, addressing both B2B and B2C needs. 
 Digital Asset Organization: Maintain and enhance the organization of the Marketing OneDrive
and Google Drive, ensuring intuitive access and systematic folder structures. 
 
Interdepartmental Collaboration and Data Management
 
 Departmental Liaison: Foster collaboration between the Marketing, E-commerce, and
Merchandising departments to synchronize marketing activities. 
 Data Compilation: Partner with E-commerce and Merchandising to consolidate seasonal buying
data into user-friendly Excel documents for strategic reference. 
 
Production and Creative Execution
 
 Photoshoot Planning: Coordinate with merchandising and operations to ensure timely acquisition
of photoshoot samples and manage styling requirements, including garment tailoring for all campaign
and E-commerce photoshoots. 
 Creative Production Assistance: Aid in the planning and execution of photoshoots, creating
detailed shot lists, call sheets, and ensuring proper organization and labeling of garments. 
 Photography Studio Maintenance: Manage the photography studio, restocking supplies, arranging cleanings,
organizing samples.  
 
Marketing Operations and Communications
 
 Visual Asset Distribution: Oversee the distribution of E-commerce imagery to wholesale partners,
ensuring brand integrity. 
 Expense Tracking: Monitor and assist in the reconciliation of marketing expenses, including credit
card expenses and invoices. 
 Supplier and Inventory Management: Manage the relationship with suppliers for marketing
materials and oversee the inventory and picks for photoshoots, public relations, including tracking and
reconciling returned items. 
 Meeting and Information Facilitation: Guarantee timely and accurate distribution of materials for
sales meetings and maintain proactive communication with various departments to ensure prompt
delivery of information. 
 
Qualifications:  
 
 Proven experience in marketing coordination, ideally within a multi-brand environment.  
 Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, or equivalent work experience 
 Strong organizational and project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects and
priorities.  
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across
departments.  
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and a good understanding of content
management systems.  
 A proactive, problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
