Responsibilities may include:

• Put together trend and CAD/Product presentations and seasonal direction.
• mass market and private label
• Build line plans and strategize business for customers.
• Build sample lines, supported with team in China.
• Bring existing factories in the mix if designer had previous relationships with factories.
• Call on accounts, and give presentations on trend and present line and samples.
• Drive merchandising and look of collections.
• Help pick styles and collections to show customers depending on customer looks and needs.
• Travel domestically, Europe, and China depending on customers and business.
• Develop print/pattern ideally

Skills Needed:

• Photoshop/Illustrator
• Strong Technical skills
• talented with a great eye
• Office Computer Programs
• Be willing to travel some if needed
• knowledge of leather of any kind, SLG’s, footwear
