Our client, a leading manufacturer of everyday luxury lifestyle menswear, is looking for a Media Acquisition Marketing Lead and E-Commerce Coordinator to join their team!
 
 
As our Media Acquisition Marketing Lead & E-commerce Coordinator, you will be responsible
for developing and executing paid media strategies that drive traffic, revenue, and customer
acquisition for our clients online retail and ecommerce stores. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing paid media campaigns across various channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other
digital advertising platforms and/or working with agencies to lead the direction of the paid
media management and optimization.
 
This position will report directly to the head of E-commerce, VP Strategic Business Development and to the Chief
Operating Officer, and also on a dotted-line basis to the CEO, and the Managing Director of Commercial Strategy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively and closely with other outside marketing
agencies and each brand’s separate teams in the following areas: media planning, web
merchandising, brand marketing, sales. Both brands have experienced significant online sales
growth and have excellent opportunities for future increases.
 
 
Key Responsibilities: Both Ecommerce Stores:

Media Acquisition Marketing Lead

● Develop and implement paid media strategies to increase traffic, revenue, and customer
acquisition for our retail e-commerce stores.
● Monitor/Manage and optimize paid media campaigns to ensure maximum ROI and
performance via agency partners across multiple channels, including Google Ads,
Facebook, Instagram, Affiliate and other platforms.
● Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies to optimize for key metrics,
including ROAS, CPA, and conversion rate.
● Conduct keyword research and create ad copy that is both compelling and effective.
● Collaborate with agency partners to set campaign objectives, budgets, and KPIs and
support the Head of E-commerce to manage budgets for all paid media campaigns to
ensure maximum efficiency and ROI.
● Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives that resonate with
our target audience.
● Develop and maintain segmented audiences and tracking of customers for personalized
ad targeting.
● Monitor and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually
improve paid media strategies.
● Work closely with other members of the marketing team to ensure all campaigns are
aligned with overall marketing objectives.
● Provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders on campaign performance and
recommendations for future optimization.
● Identify opportunities for expansion into new paid media channels and work with
cross-functional teams to execute on those initiatives.

E-commerce Coordinator Support
 
● Work closely with the Head of E-commerce and Product Merchandiser with select tasks
to optimize the e-commerce platform’s user experience, product presentation, and
conversion rate.
● Collaborate on the development and execution of promotions, product launches, and
merchandising campaigns.
● Assist in conducting A/B tests and other experiments to drive continuous improvement
and optimize conversion rates.
 
Requirements:
 
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
● 2+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns for e-commerce or retail
companies.
● Proficient in using Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital
advertising platforms.
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze campaign data and adjust strategies
accordingly.
● Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work
cross-functionally.
● Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation to optimize campaigns.
● Experience with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track and measure
campaign performance.
● Strong skills with PowerPoint and Excel
● Knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices and their impact on paid media strategies.
● Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
● Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital
marketing.
● Needs to be a problem solver, thrive in fast paced environment, prioritize and oversee
multiple projects at once, have attention to detail and work well with cross functional
teams

● Knowledge/experience/interest in men’s fashion a plus
