Our client, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of apparel, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the daily execution of orders
Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
Managing returns
Managing sending out samples to customer as per sales team requests
Working directly with the sales team
Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications
of orders
Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from
our customers
Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
Allocation of Customer and Vendor orders, production delivery estimates
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience)
Experience with retailers like Costco
Experience with Momentis and web orders
Strong time management skills
Proficient in basic MSOffice software;
