Our client, a designer, manufacturer and distributor of apparel, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to join their team!

Responsibilities:

 Responsible for the daily execution of orders
 Ensure that all customer and vendor orders match
 Orders are processed and entered properly in our system
 Manage any discrepancies and alert the appropriate parties for corrective action
 Managing returns
 Managing sending out samples to customer as per sales team requests
 Working directly with the sales team
 Daily contact with the sales team and buyers of our major customers for modifications
of orders
 Managing delivery issues and discrepancies to avert major charge backs and fines from
our customers
 Continual evaluation of internal processes to improve productivity
 Allocation of Customer and Vendor orders, production delivery estimates

Qualifications:

 Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service (Apparel Industry experience)
 Experience with retailers like Costco
 Experience with Momentis and web orders
 Strong time management skills
 Proficient in basic MSOffice software;
