Our client, a prominent e-commerce intimate apparel company is looking to hire an Amazon and Marketplace Account Specialist to maximize the visibility and profitability of its product listings on Amazon. This position focuses on optimizing product listings, managing advertising campaigns, analyzing competition, and ensuring that content across all SKUs is of the highest quality. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and a deep understanding of marketplace trends and strategies aimed at boosting conversions and driving sales.
 
Responsibilities 

  • Analyze and refine product listings, including titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords, to enhance SEO and drive higher conversions.
  • Ensure all images and videos meet Amazon’s standards and effectively highlight product features; collaborate with the creative team for updates or revisions.
  • Oversee the creation and optimization of Amazon advertising campaigns to ensure they are efficient, stay within budget, and achieve targeted results; offer insights to refine ad copy and targeting strategies.
  • Work closely with the operations team to maintain optimal inventory levels, troubleshoot any listing suspensions, and resolve customer service or fulfillment-related issues.
  • Conduct thorough competitor analyses to identify underperforming SKUs and provide actionable recommendations for pricing or listing adjustments to improve market competitiveness.
  • Monitor key performance metrics such as sales performance, advertising ROI, and conversion rates, and produce regular reports to highlight areas for growth and optimization.

Requirements 

  • Expertise in managing Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central, with in-depth knowledge of Amazon SEO, advertising platforms, and ad strategies
  • Able to interpret data trends, evaluate performance, and suggest actionable insights for improvement.
  • Strong attention to detail in regards to e-commerce and digital marketing
  • Proficient in data analysis tools, Excel, and Amazon advertising platforms
