We are seeking a talented Patternmaker / 3D Fitter to join a forward-thinking design team. Responsibilities: 

• Create and develop detailed and accurate patterns for various garment types, ensuring high standards of precision and fit.
• Use Clo3D, Optitex, and similar software to simulate garment fittings, resolve design issues, and provide recommendations for adjustments.
• Communicates in a timely manner any foreseen issues or problems to the Fit & Spec Manager and Import team.
• Provides suppliers with a detailed and complete report of modifications to be made (measurements,
  explanation of corrections, picture and pattern as backup) within assigned deadlines and ensures that the issue
  is well understood.
• Conduct digital garment fittings and troubleshoot any issues related to fit or construction, both in 3D and physical prototypes.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure patterns are both technically sound and aligned with the creative vision.

Requirements: 
 

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the industry.
• Diploma/Degree in relevant field of study.
• Familiar with women and men sportswear, sweaters, dresses and active wear, swimwear.
• Sewing knowledge is a plus.
• Knowledge of Excel and Illustrator.
• Strong background in patternmaking with experience in both manual and digital techniques.
• Experience or strong interest in using 3D garment simulation and fitting software like Clo3D, Optitex, or other similar tools.
• Solid understanding of garment construction, fabric behavior, and garment fit.
• Ability to troubleshoot fit issues and make necessary adjustments both digitally and in physical samples.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of quality in pattern accuracy and garment fit.
• Bilingual.
