Our fashion importer client is looking for a Customer Service / Sales Analyst to add to their team. This person will report to the planning manager to support their line and better their execution. 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage item creation, order creation and allocations for all Walmart Orders
  • Can follow the order from inception through final shipments – working with our Logistics
  • Understanding of Inventory management (Inbound/Outbound)
  • Update detailed analysis of item performance for Major retailers
  • Discusses and appropriately escalates any issues that may impact operations.

Requirements:

  • An organized, detail-oriented individual who is analytical and able to proactively investigate and solve problems.
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills and work well in a team environment.
  • Experience working with Walmart would be an asset.
  • Replenishment program knowledge also would be an asset
  • Understands the sense of urgency and can meet deadlines.
  • 3 years of experience with Customer Service / order allocation.
  • Essential – software expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office; experience with Momentis would be an asset.

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
