Responsibilities: 

• Develop and adjust patterns to ensure the perfect fit and proportion.
• Collaborate with designers to bring creative visions to life while maintaining functionality and quality.
• Conduct fittings, analyze garment construction, and make necessary pattern modifications.
• Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless transition from sample to final product.
• Maintain high standards of garment fit, construction, and consistency across all collections.
• Stay up to date with industry trends and innovative techniques to improve efficiency and quality.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pattern making and fit development, preferably in women’s fashion.
• Strong understanding of garment construction, grading, and textiles.
• Proficiency with PAD software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience working with both knit and woven fabrics.
