Join a leading fashion brand known for its high standards in fit and design! We’re looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Pattern Maker to craft and perfect patterns for women’s apparel, from initial creation through to final production. Collaborate closely with designers and sample makers to ensure the best fit, quality, and construction.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Create and update patterns through all stages, ensuring accurate garment specifications.
• Work directly with the design team to perfect fits and proportions during live model sessions.
• Provide detailed fit comments to sample makers and ensure construction methods are precise.
• Partner with the technical team to meet brand standards and maintain exceptional quality.

Requirements:

• 10+ years’ experience in pattern making and grading for women’s apparel.
• Expertise in garment fit and construction for both woven and knit fabrics (sportswear & dresses).
• Proficient in Illustrator, Photoshop, and Pad System.
• Bilingual (French & English) with excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach.
