Our client, a leading manufacturer of womens and mens casual clothing, is looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of production planning, execution and delivery for their Walmart account. 
 
 This role serves as the key liaison between internal production teams, suppliers, and Walmart’s supply chain representatives to ensure flawless execution and on-time delivery of goods. The ideal candidate has a strong background in retail production management, understands Walmart’s compliance and logistical requirements, and can manage high-volume operations with precision.
 
 
Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end production operations for Walmart orders, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery including but not limited to Walmart Tech Pack creation, NIC form, Shipper form, liaison between client and CTL LAB.
  • Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, and planning teams to align production timelines with Walmart’s demand forecast and shipping windows also familiar with Retail Link.
  • Monitor vendor compliance and ensure all products meet Walmart’s standards (e.g., Retail Link, SQEP, OTIF).
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production or supply chain issues quickly to avoid delays or chargebacks.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting related to production status, inventory, and shipments.
  • Partner with quality assurance to ensure product specifications and testing protocols are met.
  • Ensure all labeling, packaging, and pallet configurations adhere to Walmart’s guidelines.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce production costs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in production or supply chain management, with a focus on retail accounts—Walmart experience required.
  • Strong knowledge of Walmart systems such as Retail Link, OTIF, SQEP, NOVA, and GRS.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; experience with ERP systems is a plus.
