Responsibilities: 

• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Maintain an organized and up-to-date filing system to support financial records
• Perform account reconciliations
• Prepare commission reports and payroll
• Communicate with merchants and internal business units
• Assist with system implementation and testing
• Support the coordination and completion of audit requests

Requirements: 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in Accounting or Cash Management
• 1+ year of experience using QuickBooks or a similar accounting platform
• Proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing software
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
