Our client, a leading provider of legal advice and information, is looking for a motivated Sales Representative to join their team! This person will consult with inbound clients and close sales for their legal service packages.
Responsibilities
- Consult with inbound prospective clients seeking legal defense for driving violations.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate legal service packages.
- Guide clients through the sales process from consultation to close.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities using CRM and other digital tools.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective relationship-building and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the legal and administrative team to ensure seamless client onboarding.
- Work from our client offices (Snowdon metro) initially, with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid office/home model.
Requirements:
- Fluent spoken and written English and French (mandatory).
- Proficient with computers, including CRM systems, email, and standard office software.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in consultative or service-based environments.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Basic understanding of legal concepts is a strong asset.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $40,000 plus commission, with total compensation of $80,000+ based on performance.
