A fast-paced and constantly growing womenswear manufacturer is seeking a Customer Service / Sales Representative to join its head office team in Montreal’s West Island. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a highly recognized Canadian fashion brand with international reach.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails from wholesale and retail partners.
- Provide exceptional service by identifying client needs, resolving issues, and offering effective solutions.
- Support sales initiatives by building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Deliver service with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a client-first attitude.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service and/or sales, ideally within the fashion or apparel industry.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and solution-oriented mindset.
- Team player with a strong collaborative spirit.
- Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
- Fashion industry experience is considered a strong asset.
- Proficiency with computers and MS Office (Excel required).
