Our client, a commercial real estate company located in the heart of beautiful Westmount, is looking for an experienced Lease Administrator to join their team!!
 
 
Responsibilities:

 Draft complex commercial and industrial lease agreements for Quebec and US
sectors
 Coordinate lease execution, delivery of premises and Landlord’s Work
 Create lease summaries, track critical dates and maintain Yardi database
 Manage end to end lease compliance
 Manage rent rolls
 Assist in operating expense reconciliation and tenant billing
 Coordinate insurance renewals
 Coordinate property financings
 Corporate record maintenance (REQ, minute books, etc)
 Act as a liaison with legal counsel, brokers, government authorities, tenants, etc

Qualifications:

 Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook / Word/ Excel)
 Knowledge of Yardi
 Professional level of English and French mandatory (Verbal and written)
 5-7 years of experience
