The ideal candidate will have experience in all the operational systems of a successful Destination Management Company.
They will be able to develop new high functioning systems and customize these systems for the Ski Resort and destination as a whole.
Candidate will be able to work with all levels of service teams across the destination from line employees to GM’s, CEO’s and directors, and have the personality skills to build strong relationships with these teams.
High end concierge experience at some point in their career would be an asset to help define and develop the VIP concierge program.
Must be able to think outside the box and conceptualize high end luxury experiences for targeted affluent groups and then be able to plan the execution of these experiences.

5+ years in management roles managing event and hospitality teams
Experience in driving multiple projects
Hands-on capabilities, and proven experience in gathering and transforming customer experience
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership, participating in the sales cycle and handling sensitive customer escalations
