Our client – a leading IT Systems Integrator is recruiting for Junior Helpdesk Analysts

 

Minimum – 2 years experience

Comp TIA A+ Certified – Required

ITIL Foundations Certified – Required

 

Junior Analyst

 

This position can be reached by metro transportation.

The right candidate will have at least 2 years of help desk experience.

 

Requirements/Experience with the following:

  • Preferred HEAT ticketing solution experience
  • MS Office Suite 2007/2010 or higher
  • Adobe Acrobat
  • Citrix XenApp/CITRIX Metaframe
  • Kaspersky Anti-Virus
  • Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop operating system or greater
  • Windows 2008 R2 or higher Server Environment
  • HEAT IT Service Management System/ticketing system
  • ShoreTel Call Manager
  • Symantec Device Control
  • Desktop Management Software / Remote Desktop Software
  • Novell Products; i.e. Secure Login, iPrint, iFolder, iManager
  • Adobe Acrobat X or greater
  • VPN Access (Checkpoint or other Manufacturer)
  • Terminal Services
  • HP LaserJet Printers
  • Xerox Color Printers
  • Dell Laptops and Desktop computers
