Minimum – 2 years experience
Comp TIA A+ Certified – Required
ITIL Foundations Certified – Required
Junior Analyst
This position can be reached by metro transportation.
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of help desk experience.
Requirements/Experience with the following:
- Preferred HEAT ticketing solution experience
- MS Office Suite 2007/2010 or higher
- Adobe Acrobat
- Citrix XenApp/CITRIX Metaframe
- Kaspersky Anti-Virus
- Windows 7 Enterprise Desktop operating system or greater
- Windows 2008 R2 or higher Server Environment
- HEAT IT Service Management System/ticketing system
- ShoreTel Call Manager
- Symantec Device Control
- Desktop Management Software / Remote Desktop Software
- Novell Products; i.e. Secure Login, iPrint, iFolder, iManager
- Adobe Acrobat X or greater
- VPN Access (Checkpoint or other Manufacturer)
- Terminal Services
- HP LaserJet Printers
- Xerox Color Printers
- Dell Laptops and Desktop computers
