Hospitality Property Management Systems

Supervises staff
  
Interviewing
  
Recruiting
  
Salary administration
  
Performance appraisal, developing policies and developing procedures to ensure achievement of goals
  
Participates in and enforces quality assurance 

Assures that Housekeeping staff follows established safety regulations 

Communicates with Housekeeping Supervisors and Team Members to adequately plan for 

Must have, as a minimum, 5 years related housekeeping experience, with a working background in luxury hotel environment

Minimum, 3 year of experience in a management/supervisory capacity with Budget experience
  
Bachelor’s degree is a big asset
