You will prepare vacated apartments for new residents by performing electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general repairs.

The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities:
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
2+ years of previous maintenance and service experience
EPA-CFC certification is a huge asset!
Certificate for Apartment Maintenance Technician (CAMT) preferred!
Experience in plumbing, electrical, and/or carpentry
Certified Pool Operator certification and/or valid driver’s license may be required
High School diploma or equivalent required
Ability to participate in the on-call schedule; evenings, weekends and/or holidays may be required
