They are hiring Customer Service Representatives for its inbound call center at its Minneapolis Branch in Hudson, WI.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Available for 4 weeks of training, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide customers through their order and process them in a fast-paced environment using world-class technology.
- Communicate with positive, friendly customers via phone, email and chat.
- Help customers navigate the E-commerce website and place orders online.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability.
- Work with internal departments to meet our customers’ needs.
- Work with customers to resolve product returns, shipping inquiries and order status questions.
- Submit quotes for high-quantity orders and custom items.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Bilingual a plus – 100% fluent in Spanish or French (read, speak, write).
- 1+ year customer service experience preferred.
