Handling hundreds of styles per season, our client is in search of a Senior Fit Technician that is capable of taking on a heavy workload. The ideal candidate must be confident in their fit abilities and have great communication skills. Experience in Mens, Womens and kids street style clothing (hoodies, tshirts, joggers, jeans) is a must!
 
Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparation of technical designs and tech packs of mens, womens and kids garments using Illustrator
• Working closely with Design, buying and production teams 
• Assist design team to define standards, construction and sewing details for prototypes
• Measure garments and correct fit issues, communicate changes to the overseas makers
• Maintain accurate product size and fit specifications in the finished garment
• Follow up and proceed with any changes related to Fit & spec in the tech packs

Requirements:

 Minimum 5+ years’ experience in apparel industry.
 Proficient in Excel & Illustrator.
 Experience & strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, Denim, cut & sew and
sweaters.
 Excellent communication and interaction skills.
 Self-motivated, detail oriented and highly organized.
 Bilingual: English & French.
 Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be production oriented with ability to
identify, analyze and resolve fit issues.
 The ability to work easily within a team.
