As the Customer Business Manager, you’ll be responsible for growing and managing foodservice accounts across Quebec while developing strong relationships with key partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
Driving New Business

  • Actively identifying and pursuing new food service opportunities across your territory
  • Developing relationships with independent operators and multi-unit restaurant chains
  • Bringing a proactive “hunter” mindset to building new customer partnerships

Managing and Growing Key Accounts

  • Building strong relationships with key food service customers and distributors
  • Managing account plans to achieve revenue, volume, and profitability targets
  • Collaborating with partners to develop promotional programs and menu opportunities

Working with Major Distributors

  • Partnering with leading food service distributors such as Sysco and GFS
  • Supporting distribution growth, product placement, and account development
  • Leveraging distributor networks to expand market presence

Developing Strategic Sales Plans

  • Creating and executing territory plans aligned with national sales strategies
  • Monitoring sales performance and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Maintaining accurate sales forecasts and account reporting

Being the Market Expert

  • Staying informed on market trends, competitive activity, and pricing
  • Providing insights to internal teams to help strengthen market strategy
  • Sharing best practices and successes with the national sales team
