Our client, a leading Montreal based importer of mens urban fashions, is looking for an Order Entry / Invoicing / EDI and Customer Service person to fulfill a maternity leave replacement position (that could be extended into a full time permanent role).
Responsibilities:
Responsible for all EDI processing from customers.
Set up new customers, testing and ensuring that smooth integration to their ERP
Process all orders in a timely manner
Work with all departments and ensure proper communication
Monitor all incoming and outgoing EDI transmissions
Troubleshooting with customers and internal departments
Order entry duties
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an EDI coordinator, able to monitor high volume of transmissions with strong order entry skills.
Strong communication skills, ability to work independently
Experience in fashion industry
The candidate need to be good at multi-tasking, have high-energy, self-starting & flexible
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, word, excel, Visual Next an asset
