We’re looking for a Customer Service Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced, growing food company in Montreal’s West Island. This isn’t your typical “answer phones and reply to emails” role. You’ll be the heartbeat of our customer experience, keeping things running smoothly while helping our clients feel taken care of.
What you’ll do:
- Be the first point of contact for our clients, helping them with orders, questions, and any hiccups along the way.
- Proactively identify issues before they become problems—and suggest smart solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to make sure orders, deliveries, and logistics are flawless.
- Keep things organized, from tracking shipments to managing documentation.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to improve processes and create an even better experience for our customers.
