Reporting to the Sourcing Manager, you’ll support sourcing strategy through data analysis, demand forecasting, and supplier management. This role plays a key part in optimizing costs, managing supply risk, and supporting production needs.
 
 Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain demand forecasts and sourcing models
• Coordinate with planning to manage inventory and supplier lead times
• Track supplier performance, KPIs, and resolve issues
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supply risks
• Support contract negotiations through cost analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally on sourcing and pricing initiatives

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
• Strong analytical and Excel skills
• Experience in sourcing, procurement, or supply chain (food/CPG an asset)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
