Responsibilities:
Trend and Fabric research and color trends and cards
Print research, coloration and layout approval
Strike-off analysis and approvals for styles purchased
Lab Match analysis and approval for styles purchased 
Provide styling and silhouettes bank for future referral
Prepare fashion and basic trimmings creation based on given guidelines
Prepare Fitting session with models to ensure best fit/Quality of products
Development of private Collections for Specific Clients as required
Development / design of Collections for specific Brands
Prepare presentation boards and adapt trends to be commercial and saleable
Market research for competition; know their competition
Knowing the stores and clients and competition price points
Knowing and understanding Best sellers analysis
Prepare balanced collection, silhouettes, inside construction, prints, colors and fits
Work with clients and sales for ideas and strategy
Be on time for schedules
Approve samples as required
Manage the workload with the team
Need to have a good overview of all projects for quick reaction to answer emergency situations and deadlines

Requirements:

Minimum 3-5 years of experience designing intimate apparel

Dec in fashion design or equivalent

Strong word, photoshop, illustrator
