Duties and Responsibilities 
Answer customer emails, live chats, inquiries and phone calls in a timely and courteous manner.
Assist customers in managing their online accounts.
Be an expert on our product, mid to high end branded clothing for men, women and kids
Think on your feet to devise creative solutions to any and all problems that arise.
Occasionally follow up with delivery service providers
Handle RMA requests from A to Z, trouble shoot and act as a right hand for road reps and division heads
Requirements 
Must have experience in customer service with ECommerce
Strong sense of initiative, analysis and problem-solving skills;
Perfect communication skills in English, written and spoken;
Excellent memory, organizational and time management skills;
Critical ability to adapt to a very highly dynamic and fast-paced environment;
Reliability
Resourceful
5 years experience in a customer support related position for a fashion importer, wholesaler or distributor
Upsell experience
Basic computer skills; word, excel, EDI
