Our customer, a leading brand in their commodity is looking for an Executive to lead their Retail, Wholesale and E-commerce operations in Canada.

Having a hands-on approach you will lead all departments in operational and financial success.  You will be responsible to help set company culture and ensure values are communicated and adhered to. You will develop, manage, motivate and lead members of the management team.  All financial controls and physical resources will be of your responsibility.

Our customer is looking for an individual that has worked in an Executive position in the Retail Industry for at least 10 years.  Brand experience is a must. An MBA or Financial, Accounting designation would be considered a strong asset.  Availability for frequent travel is necessary for this position.

The company provides a car, expense account and has full benefits.  They will offer a base salary of 150-175K and a total compensation plan around 200K.
