Service existing accounts and create new business relationships with mass market and specialty retail chains across North America.
Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals
Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement, make necessary changes
Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting, monitor competition’s performance on the market.
Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
Conduct sales presentations to retailers, travel to see customers worldwide, participate in trade shows and other sales based organized events
Minimum 7-10 years of wholesale sales experience selling mens, womens and kids branded and private label footwear to major retailers, specialty chains and independent stores across North America. You MUST already be selling to retailers such as Town Shoes, Sports Experts, Browns, Winners, Kohls, DSW, Famous Footwear, Bonton, Journeys and Genesco.
Excellent presentation, fluently bilingual.
Experience arranging, setting up and participating in trade shows
Strong negotiation skills, ability to evaluate and monitor sales
