Data entry, maintaining/updating files
Receiving merchandise, inventory management
Travel arrangement and coordinating of meetings
Assisting colleagues as needed
Some college/CEGEP/vocational or technical training
Experience in a similar position is an asset
Bilingual (written and spoken)
Strong Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Attention to detail, meticulous, autonomous, ability to multi-task
Reliable, a self-motivator with a good sense of judgment and organization.
FLAME SOFTWARE ERP, experience would be a plus.
