Find innovative pathways to create value such as driving franchise programs, new product development
Lead business development and growth initiatives
Provide expert advice to support business decisions (contracts, M&A, etc)
Manage relationships with the service providers and provide support on negotiations.
Extensive interaction with key stakeholders
Extensive analytical experience – valuation, modelling, commercial analysis
Experience in Strategy/Business development roles
Help Develop relationships across the business from HQ, to sales teams through to operations
Strategic thinking to take ideas from conception all the way through to implementation (ability to execute is key)
Influencing skills to articulate analytical outcomes and insights to a CEO level audience, both on paper and in person
Experience in sales/marketing/trading would be a bonus
