Our client in the Home Fashions Industry is looking for a extremely organised Customer Service Team Lead/PO Administrator. In this role you will have the opportunity to manage a small team of customer service reps. You will also ensure that all orders get processed in a timely manner. You may also be given the chance to speak directly with major customers to resolve problems once they have escalated.
