Develop and lead a result driven analytical team in a Fast-paced and Agile work environment

Provide actionable customer insights and analytics
Build and implement predictive Models
KPI management and monitoring
Change and management
Tools and systems management
Identify opportunities and challenges based on customer behaviours.
Expand and refine customer understanding by using internal and external data sets.
Creating and building customer segmentations (both strategic and tactical) that can be used and managed by the different teams.
Developing predictive analytics models by using machine learnings and advanced statistics (such as LTV, churn propensity, NBA and others).
Implement these models operationally and continuingly monitor their ongoing relevancy.
Monitor closely main business KPIs
Evaluate potential impact of initiatives on business metrics.
Assist in optimizing marketing, retention and monetization efforts to achieve improved business results.
Provide reporting needs for the internal customers

Expertise and Education:

Bachelor’s degree is required; Master degree/MBA is preferred.
7-10 years of previous related experience with at least 3-5 years of experience in managing a team
Experience in SQL, R, SPSS and Tableau
Experience from a B2C industry
Experience working with Marketing departments
Experience in loyalty or customer analytics is a huge asset
Experience in leading and coaching data mining initiatives
Proven track record of building, developing and growing a team.
