Responsibilities:
Approve overseas bookings
Prepare incoming in transit shipments in Momentis
Track shipments and update traffic information – ETA’s, etc. in Momentis
Prepare Canada Customs Invoices with proper descriptions and technical information for customs clearance
Prepare documentation for export to US
Get receiving count from warehouse and complete receiving in Momentis
Prepare/assemble documentation for overseas shipments direct to customers (invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, bill of lading) and submit for payment
Enter customer orders
Prepare customer worksheets with sku info, UPC, etc (R2008 for The Bay, Item forms for Wal-Mart)
Take customer calls, repeats, RA’s, etc
Create styles in Momentis (private label)
Receive EDI orders
Issue pick slips and send to warehouse for pick-pack-ship
Send EDI transmissions (ASN, 810)
Print MH10 labels for major’s shipments (The Bay, Wal-Mart, Sears)
Enter shipment info, etc. on customer portals (Amazon, Costco, Reitmans)
Arrange transport for delivery
Prepare/input shipment manifest for small parcel shipments (Fedex, Canpar)
Verify and approve warehouse bills
Verify and approve transport bills
Insure style inspections are made on bulk shipments, arrange sample transfer
Schedule and instruct warehouse work/re-work: ticketing, repairs, pressing
Order or print price tickets as required
Receive, sort and send customer price tickets to overseas vendors
 
Requirements:
Minimum 5-7 years in traffic and PO management
Strong communication skills, fluently bilingual
Working knowledge of Momentis, EDI, Word, Excel
Experience negotiating transport fees
Experience working for a company that sells to major Canadian retailers such as Wal-Mart, Costco, The Bay, Sears
Organized, efficient, able to multi task and work under tight deadlines
